Subject: Newbie from upstate NY Hello, I am a 34 year old man who wants to do his first sprint next summer. I starting running last year after I told everyone I would do the Boilermaker, Utica's 15k, before I had a baby. Well I ran the race and had a baby three weeks after. Then I immediately went on daddy duty and gained about 18 pounds, after I lost about 35 last year. I feel like I need a goal to keep up with the weight loss. I have asked a few questions in the other forums and everyone here as been great. |
