When I was there the TEAM concept was really just window washing...its more like you pay a fee, get a uniform and a lifetime percentage off deal in their store or affiliated stores....not so much of a team feeling even though you may see others with the same uniform at races

But again I am not part of it so take it FWIW.

I joined Sunrise Tri in 2007 and haven’t looked back…..it was a great decision. I virtually had no background in SBR and went from almost passing out in my 1^st sprint to Ironman in 2 years. Camaraderie is one of the key benefits......from finding friends, a new training partner, multiple social events, etc. You will find the staff fosters a truly supportive atmosphere in which you can achieve your athletic goals. The team has its own board that members post group workouts.
