Where the hell did you go?  Last I saw you, we were racing together this spring in a 10k.  I hope all's well.  The tri scene here is bigger and better than ever.  You're just in time to get in prime shape for the 2006 season.

It's nice to hear from you. As for last year’s season I have to blame myself. Right after April's race, work picked up a lot and I gave up. I then got staffed on a project in San Francisco, so I am traveling from ATL to Cali every week. There is no excuse about just stopping everything and I hope it doesn’t take to long to get back in the swing of things. I have a lot to go before next year’s season starts. I see your doing a France Ironman next year! Nice! I'll keep in touch. I have to build a base up again.
