Me in 8/08:
January 2010:
Enter distance running and.... May 2010:
June 2010 (25 lbs lighter than the January pic!):
September 17, 2011 (maintained weight but more toned now):
Husband's only complaint, and it's painfully obvious in these pics, is that I "ran my boobs off". LOL! But when you drop 35 pounds, they're not gonna stay the same, and I must say, they are easier to run with now. Edited by runk8run 2011-11-02 8:35 PM |

BTW this is my inspiration...my wife...I love her! She supports me in everything I do. The first is in July...the second was a couple of weeks ago. 34 lbs later I am running my best times ever. Member 44 | Subject: RE: Post your weight loss pics here! I thought I would add a few pics of my own to this one. The first pic of me beside the grill was the one that inspired me to take my first run around the block back in 2007 and weighing about 220, and I found the second one from around the same time frame. The slimmer picture was taken recently with me and my son sporting our pre-race haircut, prior to the Luray Olympic. I am now at about 180 and was surprised at the difference myself when I put these together.

I don't know my original weight but it was at least 99kg. I had to add a pic of the kids at the end - they've gotten SO BIG! First pic is from 2004 and I'd started exercising (walking) then but still hiding behind kids. 2nd pic shows the girth. I have so few pics of me as I'm the picture taker and DUH but fat girls don't want pictures taken.
