Subject: European Bike Tour?

Anyone go on a european bike tour? If so any advice? Companies to use? Others to avoid?

I like traveling off the beaten path not in a large group.

We are going on a trip for our 20th anniversary which is today! Looking for an adventure and we were thinking of Greece.. Look what we found..
 
 
Still planning but sounds great!
My hubby will need to work on his cycling...but a great way to jump start '06 to get him to ride with me. But it looks like you use their bikes that are hybrid types. Not sure if you can or should bring your own?

My Wife and I  and several members of my bike club are looking at doing a barge tour of Holland and Belguim in '07 (Chocolate, bikes, beer, Amsterdam, chocolate, beer....repeat)

I have lost a lot of the information, but I believe that VanGogh tours was one oof the companies we looked at.
