Pro  4100   Wherever the trail takes me, WA. |  Subject: FORD WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPWhat an AWESOME DAY, and experience. The weather was great, the race was exciting, and the 17th HR PARTY at the finish was BADASS!! We sat in the bleachers, 1st row behind the finish line, from 13:30:00 on to the 17th hour.. Grabbed about a dozen water bottles, 2 hats, 2 t-shirts, 3 bottles of sports cream. The sponsors go crazy out there giving stuff away. Just an absolutely faboulous day. Took a grip load of pictures, but will just throw a couple in there to give you an idea. And Simon Lessing coming out of the water early, but slowed on the bike.. Not looking good at the start of the run..
