Champion 11641 Fairport, NY | Subject: RE: 2006 Half Triathlons Jake, you'll soon discover three things around here: 1 - Most triathletes take umbrage at the suggestion that anything less than a full iron distance triathlon isn't "really" a triathlon. That's because even a Sprint distance tri is hard. Hence, terms like "half triathlon" and "mini triathlon" aren't received well. 2 - Lame jokes can be extraordinarily long lived. 3 - Once the off season hits, certain people can get pretty goofy. To actually answer your question: currently the two best resources on the web for finding a specific race are www.trifind.com and www.active.com Good luck. |
