Great! willl run again in the summer, now i know what to expect. The water was so cold i couldn't breathe when I first jumped it!
What would you do differently?:

There was a mad rush at the beginning and after a few miles it was hard to overtake due to bottle necking, so for the next race would put much more effort into the run and overtake in the first few miles.

Course: i am not sure on the exact distance but it was about 8 miles cross country including 6 VERY STEEP hills - no-one was running up them not even the race leaders. Then 2 miles (again approximate) assault course including -10deg water which had to be waded through and underwater tunnels that had to be swam through, jumping over fire, more water, electrified A-Frames, lots of climbing and crawling!
