Swim Challenge

Always love a challenge, but will be traveling with work at least 2 weeks of the month and then taking a week off for vacation out of the country ... add to the Christmas holidays and December becomes a tough month to swim. (Therefore I am resigned to focusing on ramping up the running volume - ugh!)

What swimming that will be done is slated to be drills and technique work, not necessarily volume ... so I am afraid that I am not much help for the cause.

Count me in for a January challenge, though!

Allright, I'm in.  Can't decide on a total volume for the month though - I've been out of the pool for a bit...
