Subject: RE: swim workouts For pulling, you typically would put a "pull buoy" between your legs. You can look that up at some online sports equipment store to see what they look like. Generally they will do two things, stop you from kicking and keep your legs afloat.
On the single arm exercises, it's really just swimming, except you only use one arm. Most of the time, I keep the arm that I'm not using up in front of me, pointing where I'm going. Hope that helps.
