Subject: Visiting St. Petersburg and I have some questions

I'll be in St. Petes for Christmas and I need to get some workouts in during that time.  Since I don't do well workingout on my own I am looking for some groups to workout with.

Are there any running groups in St. Petersburg that have midweek runs? 

Are there any swim coaches at the pool by the Vinoy that might give 1 or 2 lessons?

I'm almost certain there is a Masters team that swims in the Northshore pool. Google and check their schedule.
