Regular  122  Southern, Maine |  Subject: The best songs to spin with?Ok it's that time of year again - spinning inside. I am always looking for new songs to spin with on my IPOD. I am sure you guys have some favorites to do intervals by, long spins, climb... What are they? My favorite to warm up with is Two Step by the Dave Matthews Band the song is 19 Minutes long! My wife teaches spin classes, about 8-10 per week, and I do all her spin music. She just tells me what BPMs she wants and where and I accomodate. If you ever want some more in depth play lists, let me know. I can even email one song at a time. G |

My wife calls all that type of music "screamers," as they don't really sing, but there is nothing better on a hill or a sprint than Chino or Zach(ratm) kicking my *** to go harder, faster, better.... like the 6 million dollar man, yo! ("yo" added for emphasis, not part of my normal verbiage} |
