Gald you are OK..it was stupid hot out!!!  At least they helped you in the med tent...I went in there and they looked at me like I had 3 heads.  take care and keep on training...

Gatrsax - Thanks for the whoop whoop!  Anytime you guys wanna come to Louisiana for a fun tri let me know, we have two really awesome ones and a bunch of good ones.

Awesome ones are:

River Cities in Shreveport LA, CajunMan in Lafayette LA, and Meat Pie in Natchitouches LA.

stitch - I did indeed see the guy holding the sign for the speed bump, but it didn't register until I saw the woman in front of me pound it and lose her water bottle.

As for the Med tent, they were pretty good.  Not to gross you out too much, but when they were taking my blood pressure I ralphed all over myself.  I didn't know I had any left after Paris?  The lady was so awesome cleaning me up.
