Subject: RE: What Diets Have You Tried? Wow all of you guys are really inspirational!
Ive lost 50lb in the last two years - (had lost more but put some back on with finals, injuries etc ) I aim to lose another 30+ lbs for me to be happy - and hope to do that by end of July (less than 2lbs a week so seems realistic - lost 3 this week! WOO! )
My diet is that i dont go over 1500kcal (although i do eat extra when ive exercised! ) I can basically eat anything as long as it doesnt go over that marker! Although i am trying to cut out major junk - crisps, chips, choclate etc!
You guys have really motivated me now! |
