Today's plan -although I'm not quite sure how all this is going to happen:
yoga
the upper body weight circuit that was supposed to happen yesterday. Whoops.
"extra" cardio, which means my step class
Or, I'll do what I sometimes do on Fridays and call it my "free choice" workout day. In other words, I do something, but it's whatever I want. Which always means bike or swim (biking these days, because of my shoulder ) and NEVER means running.
