Me vs. the Swim Team.

As per board recommendations, I added some 50m in 45 secs to work on speed (hey that's fast for me!)at the beginning of today's workout. Then I went back into cruise mode for the rest of the workout. Suddenly two swim teams came and started kicking things up! I pushed through but had 4-5 mouthfuls of water in no time. Is this what open water will be like? the up side is that the JV squad was in the lane next to me and helped pace me. Anyho, on schedule and ready for PI!
