new wetsuit

I'm hitting the sack, rode 13 miles after work. Thought I was goin pretty good till this guy passed me like I was standing still!!

Hey Ellen, I got some funny looks but I tried mine out at the local YMCA. I, like you, just couldn't wait. Just glad I didn't get pulled over on the way. I was driving to the Y at 5 a.m. with my wetsuit on( no way I was donning that in public) and my bike in the back seat. Think anyone would have believed my story? Anyway, I got a little warm in the pool, but it was worth it. :-)

that's too funny! I cannot imagine driving to the Y wearing this thing! And the people waiting for the door to be opened would just die laughing at me!

Ev, I think that term is often applied to my name...just ask my wife and watch the nod of her head and the rolling of the eyes!

I have been told to be careful wearing your wetsuit into the pool, they do not care for chlorine very much if you do wear it make sure rinse it very well.

Unless you are lucky and swim in a saltwater pool, but the rinsing rule still applies.
