This winter has been brutal for myself and my whole family. A cold that just won't go away, the flu, stomach virus, you name it and it's hit us.

Any advice on what to do to get rid of a cold quickly. Everytime I get back in the swing of training... I get hit with a cold that knocks me two steps back.

Thanks.
Matt

I'm typically pretty prone to getting sick a lot over the winter, too.  I've had good luck using Airborne when I first notice that I am getting a cold.  I think I end up taking about 4 tablets over the course of 24 hours and that pretty much takes care of it.  I usually spend that day resting a lot, too.

I've been getting my azz kicked for about a week or so now. Deep chest cough, drippy throat. On my way out of work last night it felt as if it was finally clearing up. But today seems to be the worst it's been.

I'm starting to get pissed off about it ........

Same BS here.  I have found if the cough gets really bad gargling with some So Co will help.
