Firestorms San Diego and So Calif

For those that live in the areas that was ravaged by the firestorms. My prayers, thoughts and
Condolences go out to those that suffered loss.
Being from San Diego i was fortunate that i was not effected by any material loss( though it came very close), I ache and hurt for those that did, some of who were personal friends or aquaintances of mine.
For those living in the effected area and feel the need to workout DONT wait for about a week or more to do any exercise outside until the air quality gets down to acceptable levels. If anything do it at a gym where the air is more likely to be filtered better, otherwise wait.
No need to risk your health you wont lose much condition in 2 weeks it thats the case.
