well after weeks of thinking about it i got one and i must say its great, kinda like a treadmill for my backyard pool. the only thing that is so so about it is that there is not the full resistance of normal swimming but its really close and it saves a 20min drive to the pool and gas money well worth the $29.99US

I saw another one at the race this past weekend. I think it's called riptide or something like that. It looks like it would really work. Attaches to your pool and special shoes that go onto your feet.
