Subject: Finished my FIRST in my first tri!
I had my first tri today. The swim was ok- I got a little paniced in the first coupld hundred yards. The worst part was that my chain fell off. it didn't just fall off; it got stuck! 2 other ppl had to help me. What a first tri! It's ok though, it makes me want to enter another to redeem myself! On the run, i felt like i was flying!

way to go on your first tri. I did my first du yesterday, so i can understand about the nerves. I am glad you made it though. Congratulations!!!
