Could the template name that is 'add to log' be the one displayed in the drop list or a name field? Right now there is no name description of the template imported indicated.

Is there a way to print the "Actual strength training" section without sizing & Alt-Print Screen? I like to import the template, print it and use it during the workout.

Also, could 'nn.n' digit be allowed for a weight value input?

This is a good idea. By saving it as a seperate value we'd also have the ability to track and graph how often a particular custom exercise group was done.

Not currently. This would definitely be useful though, we'll get on it.

Great ideas, keep 'em coming!

Marmadaddy,
When I use to track my weight workouts in excel, on each set I used a + sign, - sign or nothing to provide me with guidance for the next WO on the weight used. + = increase, - = decrease and nothing = status quo. Is something like this possible?

Given enough time, money and caffeine anything is possible.

This sounds like it would work in Planned Strength Training. Do you have an old spreadsheet that we could look at for an example?

Hey I'll keep the coffee pot full for both of us!

Looks like I dumped the SS I use to use. Any way I had a column open to the side of the set data that I added my note like below.
Shoulder Press dB, 35, 15, +
WG Lat Pulldowns, 44, 12, -
Bench Press Bar, 44, 15,

Attached is an example of what I was saying. Drop list, text box, whatever works.
