I noticed in my training log that my training time for biking at this point in the month is currently the same as last month.

10 hours 22 minutes 04 seconds exactly for Feb and March each. (Just started cycling Jan 26).

I have ridden 204.5 miles in March vs. 192.15 in February in the exact same amount of time.

Just felt excited with my improvement and wanted to share.

Anybody else seeing recent improvements?

Congratulations on your improvement!!!!!!  Way to go!!!!!

These logs make it fun to look back and see where you were then and where you are now.  I just looked back at my August 2005 log.  I had been running for 2 months and was running around a 12:30-13:00 min/mile pace.  This past month I have been routinely running just under 10:00 min/mile (although sometimes a little more too).  I have done absolutely zero speed work because of my foot.  All my gains are from just putting in the time.

Fun, ain't it!!!!!!

Is your bike RED????

Seriously though -- I agree with others -- One of the best benefits of logging training is to measure and see progress.  I love to periodically go back and review my blogs and see what's happened.  Especially after a bad workout!

Another thing that BT has is the Race Report!  I just did my second tri yesterday, and compared my results to my first tri 6 months ago.  All of a sudden getting up at 5:30 every morning to workout was worth it.  I improved substantially in every discipline!  Waht a rush!

Keep on training.

That is awesome!!

Yep- Just in the last three months my running (yes, I call it running)  is showing improvement.  I looked back to my logs in January- and then now. What fun!!  Thanks for sharing.

Great news!

Same for me, but for running. When I started training a couple of months ago I was struggling to put together 2 consecutive miles at a 10 min. pace. I just ran my first 4.2 miler at a sub-9 minute pace a couple of weeks ago and couldn't believe my watch...it felt great.
