Santa Barbara Rest?

O.K..I posted this in "My Cup of Joe" and didn't really get any replies, so I thought I'd try here since you are all in CA Anyways, my husband and I are going to Santa Barbara for a wedding in May and would like to go out to dinner for some good seafood...not too expensive b/c we're on a budget. Any suggestions?
