This was in my BT Performance Member newsletter.
"BT will be going live with one of it's biggest features yet in mid-Arpil.  This will be the culmination of 10 months of laying the groundwork, building and testing.  This feature will take race planning and tracking to a whole new level.  Several Performance Member features built in.  I'm very excited to offer this to the triathlon community-it's been a long time coming."
I think Ron has been able to clone us and that clone will do all the training and we'll do all the cool fun racing, or Ron is giving us free bikes

JDogg cruised the streets of Philadelphia on his Equinox 11, I think.

jdog22 - 2005-02-17 10:42 AM yo, I picked up the Trek Equinox 11 the other day. FAST. Yo, and I like the new names but my crew has been callin my Jerome or Jdog since years ago and my name aint even Jerome. They got the "j" because I used to carry a roled j behind my ear all the time. Peace. Jdog

Ah, the memories! Peace, out.

Of course, you'd have to keep up with J-Dogg with his 26 mph average on the streets of Philly.

edited to say yes, bear is right again, J-Dogg's ride was a sweet Equinox 11...

Registered members will be implanted with GPS chips that will upload data directly to BT, so that users can monitor training and racing in real time. Data available will include HR, speed, distance, elevation and route travelled. Future enhancements would include a gastric chip to monitor caloric intake and, when interfaced with the muscular chip will allow users to view in real-time their calorie excess or deficit. Also, wi-fi enabled neural implants will enable users to post to BT anywhere, anytime.

I was thinking it would be more along the lines of:

Free burritos during tri season and a free alpaca if you upgrade to gold memebership.

And revolutionary technology will decode cryptic posts and thoughts, cutting through the much to just post what we REALLY think at all times, with an inside voice / outside voice option.  That ought to clear things up and reduce the drama.

Unfortunately, however, no amount of technology could fix Tyrant's spelling.

I think the site web masters will board their spaceship and perform a cosmic concert, broadcast live from said space ship, whose grand finale is a massive collision with the sun.
