Pre-race routine:

Tried out a new smoothie when I woke up, trying to pin down routine for Steelhead. Worked out pretty well.
Event warmup:

Just tried to stay warm, probably should have done some light jogging but was there with Sweetie and Dad who wandted to chat so not much for a warm up.

Comments:

Wanted to start easy and finish hard, which is what the HR data suggests, might have done better starting a little easier. The cool weather also made breathing a bit more difficult than I was used to since I have not run outside yet. But all in al a good day and a PR by over one minute.
What would you do differently?:

Need to get outside and then work on pacing was passed by some people at the end that I just didn't have the gas in the tank to hold off.
