dynamic stretches, a little jogging
cut it pretty close getting to the starting line, though..

My legs just didn't have the energy I had hoped for, so it wasn't there today to break 30 min, but I'm pleased with my effort overall.
What would you do differently?:

I could probably have used just a little bit of caffeine to wake up a bit...

Course: It was a nice surprise to find that they closed p/o Little Patuxent Pkwy for the race. The changing leaves also made for a pretty run. The course was hillier than I expected.
