Pre-race routine:

Wake up @ 0500, steel cut oats w/ banana and coffee as usual. Trying to get the digestive system working before the race, but had to run out the door to get to the parking area and then take a shuttle to the race start. Lots of port o' johns, but out of TP 90 minutes before race start. WTF? So I decided to wait it out until during the race.
Event warmup:

None, plenty of time to warm up during 26.2 miles!

Comments:

Ran well, but started out too fast. Had a 13.1 PR @ 1:43, so that was obviously too fast. Held a 7:45 pace until about mile 17 or so, then started slowing down after a port o' john break. My digestive system didn't seem to be out of sorts though, and i didn't have to go! found that to be strange, but just kept running.
My ankles started to hurt around mile 18, then my left achilles flared up around mile 22-23. This slowed me down to a 9:00 pace or so, but i plowed ahead and never walked. Felt good about that!

Nutrition: Had about 5 Gu's, one every 35-40 min or so. No issues.

This race was a PR for me though, so I feel pretty good about it. I didn't really train specifically for a marathon either. I was training for the Austin 70.3 about 3 weeks earlier, and my weekly mileage never really got about 30 mpw. So I'm kinda stoked, and think that if I focus on just running i could do much better.
What would you do differently?:

Keep nerves in check and start out a bit slower.
Post race
Warm down:

Walked around, had some food and Cytomax they were handing out.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Pain in my ankles and left achilles, and just started out a bit too fast.

Event comments:

The race was fun but overall organization was horrible. WAY too many people for my liking, which i knew going into it, but was still annoying. Not enough port o johns or TP (running out 90 minutes before the race is just silly). No one monitoring who was going into what corral to start the race, so a bunch of walkers were at the start and about got trampled by 30K participants trying to RUN.
Might just be the size of the event, but it wasn't to my liking. I'll stick to smaller races or trail runs from now on.
