Comments:

This year's race was a new route. I thought the first half would be relatively downhill and the second half uphill looking at the route on paper. The first part was hillier than I though. Probably went out a little fast.
Post race
Warm down:

Ran the course backward to look for friends and family doing the race. Didn't get too far before I found Patrick. Ran back to the finish with him and then walked backward on the course again to wait for Joel.
