I actually managed a 30-min OWS today! So excited I had to go home and sleep the whole afternoon to get over it Saw some beautiful fishies.

Will try for 30min yoga as well before bed. I believe it's been very restorative.

What's on tap/in the bag for you?

Heading out for a 6+ mile run today. Not sure how long I will stay out as it is nice and clear 21 F degrees outside.

haven't posted on the daily's in a while, but have been keeping up my logs.  thought I'd post today, though.  ran 4 miles this AM--notable because it's my longest run to date.  I've had some problems pushing up over 3.5 miles--kept agrivating an injury. hope this is a good sign.

1000 yards or so swim  when the wellness center opens this afternoon.   One hour run later tonight.

Gotta burn the calories to offset my eggnog addiction.   If I have to gain weight over the holiday season may it be only in muscle mass.

10+ miles this evening after the weather cools a bit. 80 degrees is a bit much for mid November.

The big race was 3 weeks ago, but thanks. Philly is home turf, nice to be able to walk to and from the race and my running club did race support. Had my son and mom cheering me on, and we had brunch afterwards. They also got to see me cramp up and drop to the ground on the walk home

DURRRR ... well, I am about 3 weeks behind in everything, so that makes sense ... DOUBLE CONGRATS then!

P.S. I still think you are lying about having a son old enough to be in college.

Glad you feel better. But you are very tough. In Philly it means something very different to say someone swims with the fishies And yes, I have a son in college, I'm a couple months shy of 50. Physically, not mentally.

After a week of resting I'm finally kicking the chest cold. Tested the lungs and legs with 30 minutes of soccer. Got decked in the process. Bruised right tricep, bruised chest, right ankle raked by cleats, Oh my!

Tri training on like Donkey Kong starting today.

Enjoy your Sunday eve!

16 mile run.  This one felt great.  First 8 miles at 11mm, 4 miles at 10:20 finished it off with 4 miles at 9:15 ave.  Night and day compared to my last 16 mile run.

Two-hour run starting at 5 AM. Then sitting all day at a workshop. Guess which one was harder for me? Oh yeah, it was DRY and kinda sorta cool this AM--did wonders for feelings of well-being on the run.

Brian--Congrats on the marathon. Wasn't that two in a month? Don't think I've even done two in the same year!
