Here's a project to get me over the winter. Fixed gear frame made from Columbus PegoRichie tubing and Sachs Newvex lugs.

Photo 65 the seat looks pretty twisted to the right!  That cant be comfortable.

Yes most everything except the high dollar stuff, taps, reamers, and facers. I have my LBS do that stuff.

Quite right that was last years project right after paint. I wanted to catch some pics before I rode it so not everything was adjusted correctly. I can assure you that's the most comfortable saddle in cycling according to my rear end.

I use a torch, oxygen acetylene set-up to braze the tubes into sockets (lugs), using 56% silver solder.
