Hit one of my big goals!

Since starting up running again after about 10 years of almost doing nothing I had this goal of beating my 10k PR that I set 13 years ago as a 17-year-old when I was in what I considered my best running shape.  I tell you, I never thought I'd be able to do it until recently so I thought I'd give it a shot at the same race I did back then.  Well, the race was this morning, I did go out a little too fast and faded a little, but I still managed to PR by exactly 2min!  So yes, I'm pretty stoked and now I have on more race to beat my youth at....that dreaded 5k!
