Subject: Timex Road Trainner HR monitor water proof?

I've read a few things online (Timex's website, retailer descriptions, reviews on this website) about how water proof the chest strap is on the Timex Road Trainer HR monitor watch.  Some say is works underwater some say it doesn't.  Can anyone give me some first hand knowledge?
