I'd work out if I could move.  I was hoping my 140.6 mile 'workout' on Sunday would have kept the weight down through the week, but I'm only a pound lighter than Saturday..

Thanksgiving morning I will run a 4 mile road race before all the festivities.

My pool is closed while school is out so will probably ride Friday and run Saturday morning. Sunday off.

I'll start off with a Turkey Trot (5k-ish) tomorrow morning before the cooking, eating and football watching commences. Friday weather here looks pretty gross, so it will be morning yoga and probably a trainer ride in the afternoon...between which I'll be finishing up some work and eating some leftovers. Then up early Saturday morning for a run, followed by a yoga class. Then I'll board a red-eye flight to London in the evening, where I plan to take my first real vacation (no working allowed!) in over a year. The plan is to hang out with friends, read, eat plenty of pub grub, and wander aimlessly...maybe I'll take in a yoga class or two if the mood strikes.

Thursday - football with some friends in the morning.  12 (possibly 16) oz curls throughout the day.  Gonna finish the day with a 3 mile tempo run.

Friday - Gotta work at 4 AM, so probably bike/run brick in the afternoon.  30 minutes each

Saturday - Long run.  probably close to 10 miles or so.

Sunday - absolutely nothing!

Well started the day off with a little 6 miler.  Here in just a few will work that off with a little turkey, stuffing , gravy, cranberry sauce, mashed tatters, deviled eggs, several casaroles, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, cookies, and some beer then watch the muppets movie.  I will then have a little turkey, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, mashed tatters, deviled eggs, several casaroles, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, cookies, and some beer.  I will probably run again in the morning, but not sure how I am going to work that off yet.  Maybe some leftovers if there is any.

7.25 run this morning -- a 3 mile walk with my mom later this afternoon. Unfortunately, I don't think it's enough to burn off the turkey -- well, the turkey, but not the stuffing, cranberry sauce, gravy.
