Good Sunday morning!  I did my one mile + seven more, gorgeous 8 mile run.  Here's what I love about winter running...I start off chilly, then get nice and toasty, when I get home and inside I'm freezing again but then get to hop in a steamin' hot shower...love that!!!  In fact...that's where I'm off to...have a great day!

Did a 4 mile sunset run this evening. It was beautiful. Cold, but lovely. I love sunsets in Kansas. I could see a few stars starting to come out as I made the turn toward home.

The streak is alive. I must admit, it's what got me out yesterday. I wasn't feeling it, but I really wanted to try to do this thing.

Thanks to all of you for keeping me accountable.

Almost forgot about the challenge! Did a quick barefoot jog after my trainer ride, ran around my neighborhood bare chested and barefooted looking up at the stars; half expected someone to call the police!

Good Monday morning all!  Got in a 75 minute ride on my KK followed by my 1 mile!  Done for the day!  Have a good one--we are rocking this challenge so far!

LOL! Isn't nice that a mile is so easy to bust out? I think I put in a mile, sometimes in heels and full make up, chasing my kids! Good job.

I've almost forgotten about the streak a couple times myself when running isn't the training focus of the day. I need to a sign on the door!

Great job, guys!

I almost did that today. Mondays are horrid for me. I didn't get home until 8:00, and I knew I wasn't going to run long and didn't want to take time, so I threw a sweatshirt on over my work clothes -- put on my ear muffs and gloves, and ran out the door. Granted, I was wearing jeans and my running shoes today anyway (part of my protest for having to go back to work), but I had on a sweater under my sweatshirt.

I ran only 1.4 miles, but it actually felt really good -- even in my jeans. lol

Today was one of my "real" runs, 5min warm up, 10 x 400m at 5k pace, cool down.

Looking forward to my easy mile tomorrow!

Felicia: It's amazing how good a quickie run feels, huh? Smile

Tonight I did 16 miles on the bike at the gym, and tried to do 3 miles on the treadmill right after, but my left knee wasn't havin' it. Got in 1.5 slow miles and put a fork in it!

Good Tuesday morning!  I love how some of you are busting out a one miler however you need to.  I haven't run into that yet, but I know my day is coming!  You all are making me even more determined to see this through--every single day!

Three mile run for me today.  Seemed like a little anticlimatic way to start my marathon training...three miles.  But, having trained for many before I know soon I'll be thankful for a little three  mile run!

Have a great day peeps!

Great! 3.75 miles tonight. It was brisk and cold, but beautiful.

I actually think that short little run last night helped me tonight, in a weird way. If I'm going to run every day, I'm going to have to have a short run or two each week. On tonight's run, I felt stronger, sooner.

Happy Hump Day!  Five miles in this morning.  I can tell that my focus has not been running for a long time...still adjusting to so many run days in a row.  5 miles in this morning!  Felt great when I was finished though, can say that!

Have a great day!

Great job, guys!

I'm still gimping on the run. Did a mile warm up and felt twinges in my left (bum) knee. Took it easy and did my swim.

The monkey if off my back for the day.  Wednesday is typically a non-running day for me.  I got my mile done before my husband left for work.  Husband and toddler were still eating breakfast when I got back so it didn't impact a darn thing in our house.  Happy running!

I'm late to the thread, but have been doing the RW Challenge - so I'd like to be in.  I've run for 7 straight days for the first time that I can recall.

I read through the thread, you guys are going great even in spite of some aches and pains.

Ate crap today. I had a taco for dinner and followed it with a slice of lemon pie. Not a good idea. My run tonight was not comfortable, but it is done. 1.35 miles.

Tomorrow will be better. I will sleep tonight and eat well.
