This killed me. I should have averaged 18 or more. Pain in right leg made this whole thing hurt.
What would you do differently?:

Figure out what made my right leg hurt so I can cycle faster.

right leg hurt a lot the entire run. It slowed me down by almost 1min/mile, but I ran the whole marathon except brief stops to refill my bottles.
What would you do differently?:

Have no pain in my leg

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Pain in my right leg and being my first IM I went conservative. Could have left more on the course, but I'm very satisfied with my performance.

Great job running the marathon despite of the foot pain.
