Could not do freestyle. Breaststroked the whole way. I was still happy with just finishing it.

I need a swim coach, I just can't freestyle in the ocean.

Put my helmet on backwards and got stopped by an offical! Rather clever of me...
What would you do differently?:

Check which way the helmet is on...I also need to get non-tie-up laces for my shoes.

I knew i would struggle in the run after the swim and bike. But i was happy that when i slowed to a walk it was just to quickly catch my breath and then i was of again.
What would you do differently?:

More practise on running after bike.
