YES! Congrats on getting in to Western States. That's going to be an absolute blast!



p.s. you couldn't pay me to do kona, but i'd give a kidney to do WS or Hardrock.

Woo hoo! So exciting! I was disappointed at first I didn't get drawn, but kind of glad I have another year or two (or ten) to build a little more experience first. I hope your training goes well and you have the race you imagine!

Ok.. coming back from being sick.. my training is not going as well as I would like to..   Tomorrow, I'll do a 25 miler and 15 on Sunday...    let the fun begin!!

I'm stoked that I finished my race last weekend in a qualifying time for the WS.  Now to just get selected in the lottery and i'll be all set for 2013...

three weeks of heavy volume.   This past weekend was a recovery week...  this week, I am doing a 50K on my own...  It is going to be fun.. 

On the triathlon news.. I got myself a brand new spanking cervelo p3..   beautiful..    Ironman Arizona is approaching fast...
