Comments: I had a layoff earlier in the week and hadn't run much that week and it showed. Didn't have any jump in the legs and couldn't bridge any gaps. 2nd and 3rd in my AG were right in front of me and I couldn't pull them in, kinda sad. What would you do differently?: Not been injured and taken time off from the run. Biking is not a solution to running fast, period!  Post race
Warm down: Walked around a bit got some water and cookies and put my clothes back on (ran in longsleeve tshirt and shorts in 35 degree weather) What limited your ability to perform faster: Run more to keep the legs fresher Last updated: 2011-12-01 12:00 AM

Got there early since I was going to sign up late and found the park as they were setting up. Can you say 3pm start times are AWESOME?!?! I like that idea.
Jogged for about 15-20 minutes since it was freezing out
