Do you mean chia seeds? If so, they are just ok. But you must be careful about eating other things at the same time.I had issues when drinking a chia drink and eating food at the same time. Serious stomach cramps and bloating. The chia seeds expand dramatically. I ended up throwing them out .

I have used the chia seeds in a number of ways; just mixed in G2 or added to a smoothie.  As noted, they need to be taken with a liquid, similar to GU.  There are a similar number of calories in a small scoop of seeds as there is in a GU packet, but from a natural source.

I do not see any difference, but it is a more natural source of nutrients than some of the more commonly used recovery drinks.

Love them! I use them in salads, smoothies and oatmeal. I just found a jelly recipe using them the other day that I'm itching to try.

They're great with yogurt and in smoothies, or oatmeal topping.

downside; they stick in your teeth

I love them too.  I'll squeeze 1/2 a lime or lemon in a glass of water and add a little honey and a tablespoon of chia seeds.  Let 'em soak for ten minutes, and then drink up.

We use them all the time in yogurt, salads, homemade bread etc...My husband takes them on long trail runs (40 km+) and eats them straight out of a little baggie...Oh and in smoothies or shakes...The best!

I've used them in multiple ultra marathons as part of my nutrition plan.

They are not really supposed to do anything but supply energy. They are not a "super food" like you would think from Born to Run. It is a gluten free vegan source of all essential amino acids and N3 fatty acids, low in Sat fat and cholesterol.
