Sub 4 marathon and a 12:30 IM. That will force me to meet a laundry list of small resolutions.

Stay healthy. Bike more (despite the utter boredom of it where I train). Bike faster--be in the top 1/3 overall (counting guys) on the bike leg in a tri. Finish a HIM, no matter how long it takes. And....break 20 minutes in the 5K, even if it's a tri run--anywhere!

Simple goals for this year:

1. To actually do a tri again this year (none last year)

2. Lose at least 25 pounds

New Year resolution?

Stick to my training plan and do all, or at leasrt 95%, the prescribed workouts.  I'm very good at finding "excuses" to skip workouts.

2012 goals?

For 2012

- stay healthy, train consistently & smart, have fun, lose some weight, run a HM, first HIM

If I manage all that, it will be a great year

Structured workouts....

My routine is pretty consistent year round, but as far as the workout themselves, well there is very little structure to them.  So that is what I'll work on this year.

I want to be stronger on hills so I will run hills and bike hills more often.

I also want to run more frequently and get faster.

And lastly I would like to beat my Boise HIM time by >10min.

These are goals that I'll try to make a reality hoo-ah!!

Log everything.  I want to give exact totals at the end of the year like  a lot of people here did -- i think that's great.

Patiently waiting for the new garmin!

My goals for 2012:

1. Lose 15 pounds
2. Sub 6:30 half IM
3. Finish IMFL with a smile

I'm hoping the training for 2 and 3 will take care of 1.

Log my daily workout and try and to do at least 95% of my workouts. Since 100% seems impossible since life sometimes gets in the way

My resolution is to no longer label myself "slow", to train consistently, and to really work on my swimming this year.
