Pre-race routine:

Celebrate to long into the night. Got about 5.5 hours of sleep. Woke with a little tummy ache but that was my fault.
Ken right on time, picked up Mike he got 4.5 hours. Ken had 8.
Got there, chipped and registered no sweat.
Decided on long sleeve, and short sleeve shirt, I forgot my orange shirt to match Mike. IT was 45 degrees so that is short weather.

Walked up the hill to the start line does that count.

Comments:

Mike and I were just training on this one. I was a little hungover and Mike was putting floor in for the last two days.
Took a couple walk breaks and ran it home with a guy who grunted every step.

Warm down:

The Johnson's, and Mullane's back to my house for breakfast and little over Christmas and Madi Birthday.
