Ok, I'm in...I've been struggling to get back on the wagon since Sept. and I'm up a lot.

Today: 181 lbs

Goal weight: 145 lbs

End of January Goal: 171 lbs

If I consistently lose a pound per week I will reach my goal and do it in a sustainable way.  The goal is to lose weight AND keep it off!  Lets do this!

I'm in as well for another month.  Have next week off and look forward to getting a good headstart with a lot of basemiles on the bike.

Ultimate goal (April) - 118

Steps to accomplish said goal: Logging nutrition (avoiding snacking), exercise consistently (starting out with 20 minutes of something EVERY day).  I can do 20 minutes, really I can. 

Motivation to help see me through the tough days: remembering that during the one time in my life I was at 118 pounds, I could walk into any clothes store and have my pick of the cutest, most stylish clothes that felt GREAT to wear.

Sign me up! I'm coming back from a foot surgery and very unhappy about my weight recently.

Current weight- 170
Goal weight- 150
End of Jan weight- 166 (starting out conservative)

I'm going to be pretty slow with this since I can't run yet.  Hopefully in about 2 weeks I can start walking more and ease back to running in a month.

Ultimate goal for 19 May 2011 - Date of my 100k relay for the NF100 is 85KG. 

Ways i am going to get there. 

Limited and i mean very limited wine / beer - maybe 1 or 2 over the weekend.

I said I was in two months ago and in that time I gained almost 14 lbs... so I guess I wasn't really in.

 

Anyways off season is over I am back at it. I had my first full week of working out last week. I am unsure of my weight right now. I will weigh in on Wed and take it from there. 2012 is the year I get under 200 lbs. I know when I was on the scale about a week and a half a go I was 219.4lbs The most I have weighed in over a year.

I'm in.

Since I busted my femur, thanks to the required inactivity, and my boredom eating, I gained almost 45 lbs soaring from about 180 up to 222.6 lbs, *yikes*

Since December 9th I've been able to take off a few lbs, and about an inch and a half off of the gut.


Jan starting weight 215.2 lbs.

Jan goal:  205 lbs.

Overall target, 180 and beyond, where I was before ( and was still losing )

Well I did get on the scale this morning and I am making headway from my peak at 219 lbs.

215.4 lbs this morning. Back on track and back on team skinny. Woot.
2012 I will get under 200 lbs. I hope to be under 210 the end of this month. I have been as low as 207 in recent months.

Good to see some familiar faces here again. I wouldn't be where I am without team skinny.
