Peanut butter jellie sandwhich and banana, large coffee to go.

None, picked up packet, chatted, waited for start. Use first half as warmup

Comments:

Crowded at beginning. Concrete walkway not very wide hard to maneuver around folks two abreast especially later with both out and back runners using same course.Wanted to negative split second loop. 1st look 10:46, second 9:47. Wanted a 9:30 split but felt I was working hard enough.

What would you do differently?:

No powerade, gut not happy second loop even with water

Post race

Warm down:

Picked up medal and pig. year of pig, 2 years ago year of bat. you receive a small squeezable pig with your overall rank number on tag. Nice Walked to truck, changed top, shoes, hat and back for pizza and cookies.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Couldn't ask body to do more on second loop.

Event comments:

Well organized, plenty of volunteers, BIG MEDAL, plenty of pizza and cookies.
