Bacon & cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped chicken...

Champion  10668     Tacoma, Washington |  Subject: Bacon & cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped chicken...So I had an inspiration for dinner tonight. I thought I'd share. First, bacon and cheddar cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped chicken breast... Fried two bacon strips (to put in the chicken), then used a slice of cheddar on each side of the bacon inside the chicken breast. Here it is in the pan. And here's the finished product. Lisa made beer batter biscuits... YUM! So what would go better with that than a side of bacon? And yes, it was good. But with bacon, how can you go wrong? |

But, I’ll have to leave the biscuits out since I’m diabetic. But, that chicken is a diabetic’s dream, full of protein and fat and absolutely no carbs.
