New Dr. Lim FeedZone Cookbook

I was lucky to receive this as a Christmas gift. It is great if you like to cook. Easy recipes that are pretty tasty. I have only made 5 meals from it. I am not in carbloading mode, but carb cutting mode. I am fairly certain I will make most the nutrition my partner will use on long rides out of this book. I really like to cook and this book is going to be a go to during the height of the training season.

They've sold out the first run of the book....I think I heard two weeks for the next run to be ready.

Was looking at this online over the weekend and they were saying mid Feb delivery date. Then got lucky and found it at my local Barnes & Noble.

Great book - I have made two meals out of it so far and both have been great tasting, simple and fairly easy to prepare. I am really excited to try some of the "on the bike" foods this spring when training picks up. There is an entire section on "Portables" that all look awesome.

i have to say I am suprised how long it takes to get the book, I ordered it in the begining fo Jan but amazon says it takes 1 -2 months to get it in
