Yes to all.  Being over 50 years old, most of that stuff was everyday activity.

Yes to all with a few caveats...

While I can, I SUCK at skiing!  When the Nordic ski instruction asked me, "ju vish to ski?"  I replied, "No, this Jew doesn't wish to ski."

While I can ride a horse, I always avoided it because of a childhood accident.  I was 5 and visiting a relative on a farm in Connecticut who had horses.  He took each of us for rides.  On my ride, the horse was walking alongside a 20-foot ravine.  He steeped in a hole or something and the next thing I knew, the two of us and the horse were going over.  The horse landed on top of me breaking my arm, shoulder and a bunch of ribs.  You know that old saying, "it's best to get right back up on the horse again."  Well F it!  I never got back on a horse until I was 30 and even then, reluctantly and nervously.  I did it and with no incidents and I must admit... it was kind of fun.  But it's just one thing I don't need to be doing.

I wonder if the results would be the same if I asked these questions in 10 years or so.

I suspect that certain skills are on the brink of disappearing, particularly cursive and driving a stick. I was shocked (and I am rarely shocked) to find out that my 19 year-old niece has great difficulty telling time on an analog clock. Apparently, they did not teach her that in the (expensive) private school she attended.

I wrote cursive for the first time in a while the other day - amazing I still can, but man, it was rusty. Just like my dial-telephone, carburation, and TV rabbit ear adjusting skillz. I was the shiznit back in the day.

Yes but can you gap points?

The one I would have added is being able to reverse a trailer coupled to your vehicle, that's a skill I find is disappearing from society

well I think I can do all except change a bike tire!!!! not had to yet.  I've ridden a horse and i've ski-ed but wouldn't say i'm adept at either.  If push came to shove and i had to ride/ski for my life I reckon I'd do okay!
