Subject: Looking for an article on ironman strategy
Can someone post a link to the article about ironman race strategy that mentions staying in your box? Ive been searching, but havent had any luck. Thanks!

I love the Endurance Nation Video on it.  I own several copies of the DVD, and right now all of them are on "loan" (permanent?) to other athletes.

My synopsis of their race-day plan is this.

If you feel like you are going "hard" before mile 18 of the run, you are going too hard.

I stumbled on that myself during my IM build and it was part of my mantra on race day. Good stuff, came in very handy.

I forgot my bike SN bag at the hotel... oh well, that's not in my box
That water bottle is skidding right towards me as I'm flying done the descent into Keene... oh well, that's not in my box
I maybe should have gone easier on the bike now that I'm struggling at mile 15 of the run... oh well, that's not in my box
