This is my beautiful girl, Noelle. I brought her home on Christmas Eve, 10 years ago. She was 9 weeks old. Quiet as can be, until you put her in the car where she morphs into Linda Blair in The Exorcist.

She gave me quite a scare during these last 24 hours. I found her hiding in the closet last night; she was listless and cried when I picked her up. I'm sure she was dehydrated and she has responded to being treated for dehydration. She is much improved, but if she's not 100% tomorrow morning (I'd say she's at 80% right now), then she's going to the vet. I'll probably take her just to get a check over anyway.

My affectionate boy, Lorenzo and Molly in the background. Lorenzo is going to turn 6 in about a week; he is a mackerel tabby (notice the M marking on his forehead?). Molly turned 10 a couple of months ago; she considers herself house mom.

Elliot (fka Buster) has gotten lots of press, so I'll give all the attention to my felines in this thread.

All of my cats are very affection.

This guy is our Greyhound rescue.    His name is Verdiccio Bones.   He is a retired racer.

On BT he has his own account.     Mr. Bones

Please go ahead and friend him here, and follow his daily training.      He runs with  both me and my DW.

He's a great runner, and loves to run any day  at any time.    right now he is at 14-15 miles per week  but bridging him up to 25 miles per week.       He also loves our daughters and is very very gentile.

Here's my Doggie Daddy - Logan

Here is my newest addition - Kody (we adopted him at Christmas!

Yeah, he sleeps in the yard like this......

We have a really old Shepherd her name is Daisy.  She used to be a really beautiful dog, but she came to TX and got such horrible allergies she looks like a hairless cat.  I think the neighbors think we have a Chupacabra in our house!

We have a "chupacabra" too (or the Up North version anyway :p)...my beautiful akita cross has an autoimmune disorder that caused him to lose most of his fur. I know some folks think he's scary/horrid/creepy/gross/funny looking...but he's still my pretty baby <3

All rescues, and with the exception of the newest guy, all one year apart, starting with our 12 year old akita cross, Sampson and down to Sadie, who will be 7 this year.

My baby, Sampson (an older picture...like I mentioned earlier, he's sort of got the chupacabra bald thingie going. I'm preserving his dignity ;-)). He's an akita cross (other half is dobie/GSD).

Maxxie, the princess.

Frank, the humper, the tormenter, the chewer, the all-around devil (and daddy's boy)

17-plus pounds of pure black awesome...(and a total momma's boy), my other baby: Momo

The "youngest kid" of the family--the devil-dog, attention , bossypants prima donna, Sadie

And the newest addition: Finnegan. Just over nine weeks old. We rescued him a couple weeks ago when he was just a wee little thing. He was so cute and cuddly then...he's a holy terror now.

I have a few.  The 1st two are my pets. Rudy the dog and Cheeps the bird.  The 3rd belongs to the family I work for. This was right after they got him. He's nothing but trouble. Crash by name, Crash by nature. Sorry for the quality of some of them. Taken with my Itouch.

I LOVE the rescued grey!  Our (biggest) K-9 is a greyhound-lab mix...I've always wanted to see if he is as fast as a full-blood - he definitely runs like a grey!

Momo will always have a special place in my heart that likes humor - I LUFF all his pictures.

Finnegan is SOOO friggin cute!!  Hopefully he'll grow out of the holy terror stage a bit - but he is the youngest...and you know what the youngest siblings are always like - I am one :-p

And the weimy is also super cute!!  I think Weimy's are sooo handsome (or pretty).

(Sorry - that's all I could remember for a page+...maybe your pets aren't memorable if I didn't mention them :-P  JK!!!!)

This look has gotten a double meaning in our house...

Sad puppy

Not only does "sad puppy" refer to the dog...but "sad puppy!" refers to tragic occurrences - like having to throw out an almost full jar of garlic.

BTW, I'm not really sure what he is sad about. He is by the door. But more than likely he doesn't need to go, and there is no sun outside for him to lay in...but it isn't raining and it's not that cool - maybe he just wanted to see?!?!

She was a bit annoyed by the auto-focus light on the camera.  We've got some pictures of her where she looks much more cute and friendly, but I've always liked that shot.

Yes, that is my front door.  No.  Those are NOT my dogs.  These two came for a visit last Thursday morning.  I gave them each a pat on the head and a treat when I left for work. (7:00 a.m.)

They greeted me as I stepped out of the car when I got back home that evening. (5:30 p.m.)

Then they proceeded to get IN my car!!!

They laid around my front yard the rest of the day.  Then... as mysteriously as they came, they left...
