Subject: Introduction Hi all - I'm a newbie here, just started training for my first sprint tri which is in May. I just had my first baby in October - so I'm using this as motivation to get back into pre-pregnancy shape. I'm a soccer player at heart. I've run 2 - 1/2 marathons in the past but I enjoy shorter races much better. I'm not much of a swimmer so that's what I'm focusing my training on. I look forward to sharing my training with you!
